  • Reporting Time: All passengers must arrive at the helipad at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will be considered a No Show.
  • Passenger Information: For operational purposes, passengers are required to provide their weight and contact telephone number. This information is necessary to determine the final seating arrangement. Carry your passport or Emirates ID
  • Seating: Specific seats cannot be guaranteed in advance due to weight distribution requirements.
  • Onboard Items: Only sunglasses, a smartphone, or a camera are allowed onboard. Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted for safety reasons.
  • Lockers: Complimentary lockers will be provided to store any valuables securely during the flight.
  • Weather Conditions: The helicopter flight experience is subject to weather conditions. If the weather is unfavorable, rescheduling will be arranged for the next available slot.
