Voucher Redemption Terms & Conditions

The Experience Store (TES) Rewards

I. Nature of TES Vouchers

TES acts solely as a reseller and facilitator of curated third-party experiences and wellness programs. TES is not liable for the delivery, quality, or changes made by the third-party vendors. All services are delivered subject to availability and vendors’ individual terms.

II. Redemption Process

  • Visit the TES reseller website to initiate redemption.
  • Complete KYC registration.
  • You will receive a reservation confirmation (valid for 72 hours).
  • A booking confirmation is issued only after full payment is received.
  • Redemption is strictly on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and subject to booking availability.

III. Voucher Validity

  • Validity: 90 days from date of issuance.
  • Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • TES reserves the right to extend or modify voucher usage in case of product feature changes due to unforeseen events.

IV. Booking & Rescheduling

  • All bookings must be made in advance through official TES platforms.
  • Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 72 hours before the reserved date.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours result in voucher forfeiture with no refund or rebooking allowed.
  • TES does not offer any medical advice and is not liable for any medical outcome.

V. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required within 5 days from invoice date.
  • No redemption is permitted until payment is received in full.
  • Delayed payment may result in automatic cancellation of reservation.

VI. Refund Policy

  • TES Rewards Vouchers are non-refundable once issued.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only to the original purchaser and as per the TES cancellation policy.
  • TES is not responsible for refund claims involving disputes with third-party vendors.

VII. Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled before 72 hours of date of redemption – zero % refund
  • If cancelled between 3-6 days – 50% refund
  • If cancelled 7 days or before then 100% refund

VIII. Disclaimers

  • TES does not guarantee the availability or quality of any vendor experience.
  • Any grievances related to the service must be addressed with the respective service provider directly.
  • TES is not liable for delays, force majeure events, or third-party non-performance.

IX. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of TES’s registered entity
